SPRING VALLEY, WI – The 2018 Spring Valley Prom took place on April 28, 2018. The theme for the Prom this year was: “A Touch of Class,” and it certainly lived up to the theme.

    ELMWOOD, WI – The Village of Elmwood held their May Board meeting on Monday, May 14, 2018 in the historic Village Auditorium Dining Room.     BALDWIN, WI – Who owns St. Croix County? Thousands of people have a piece of it, and they are listed in the new plat book published by the St. Croix County 4-H Leaders’ Association with Mapping Solutions.     NEW RICHMOND, WI – Now that spring is finally here and people are enjoying being outside, St. Croix County Public Health wants to encourage everyone to take care to avoid tick and mosquito bites.

    Ticks and mosquitoes can transmit various illnesses. Lyme disease, which is spread by ticks, and West Nile virus, which is transmitted by mosquitoes, are two of the most common diseases spread by ticks and mosquitoes in Wisconsin.
